Having been raised in Kelowna, Dr. Ersilia Coccaro along with her family were thrilled to come back home to the Okanagan when the opportunity arose to join Dr. Don and his team at True.
Prior to dental school Ersilia completed both a Bachelors Degree with honors in Biochemistry and Doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Alberta. Ersilia received her D.M.D from the UBC Faculty of Dentistry in 2012 . Ersilia also did an additional year of training at the University of Alberta Hospital completing a General Practice in Dentistry Residency Program (GPR); which in turn allowed Ersilia to gain certification in Conscious Intravenous Sedation. Ersilia will soon be able to offer this service to patients of True Dental as Oral Surgery is something Ersilia is very passionate about.
